Shipping, Returns & Policies
All orders are processed the next business day and shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your region and preferred method. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150 before tax anywhere within Canada.
Due to the increased rates with Canada Post, we are no longer offering flat-rate shipping. International packages are not eligible for free shipping. Packages shipped within Canada are trackable. Please note that Natural Ewe Yarns is not responsible for packages that do not arrive.
There is a Pickup option available for those who are local. We will contact you when your order is ready.
If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
NO refunds or exchanges on needles, patterns, or accessories.
Exchange or Store Credit only within 30 days on yarns.
We want you to have an excellent experience with us and will accept returns for unopened, unused, intact items within 30 days of purchase. Please email the details of the situation, including the order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address. As soon as we receive the items back in their original condition we will notify you by email and issue you a store credit. The customer will bare the cost of return shipping.

All sale items are final sales. No return for refund or exchange.
Pricing & Promotions
Natural Ewe reserves the right to cancel any order where the price of the product was posted by error.
Promotions and discounts may not be combined.
